What do I do if someone is in distress?
Stay calm, listen, and follow TALK steps. Call Lifeline if needed: 13 11 14.
Do I have to pay for supplies?
Please check with HQ first before spending money you expect to claim back.
How do I make a flyer or post?
Use the Canva templates provided. Charities can get Canva free! Apply here.
How do I record attendance?
Use the QR codes or sign-in sheets, and submit monthly.
Can I accept local donations?
Yes β just follow the donation guidelines to keep it all above board.
Do I need mental health training?
Not mandatory but highly recommended β it helps you feel confident and prepared.
